What can I return?

We want to make your shopping experience delightful! Here's a quick guide to what can and can't be returned:

Items Not Eligible for Return:
  • Customised Pre-Order Products: Since these are made just for you, they can't be returned.
  • Adult Sizes of All Products
  • Products with Additional Sleeves, Dupattas, or Personalisation
  • Specific Items: Hair Accessories, Underwear, Vests, Rakhis, Pillows, Bedding, Blankets, Bunting, Play Mats, Towels, Photo Props, Diapers, Bows & Ties, Bangles, and Doll Dresses
Returnable Items:
  • All items, expect the ones mentioned above
  • Must have original packing, labels, and tags intact.
  • Should be unused and in a saleable condition.
  • Returns need to be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.
Restocking Fees:
  • We do charge restocking fees for each returned item
  • Picked up by Little Muffet: INR 199 per item
  • Sent by you: INR 99 per item
Orders Shipped but Not Accepted:
  • A restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged. 

How to return your items?

  • Just log in to your Little Muffet Account and schedule a free reverse pickup – it's that easy!
  • If your pincode doesn’t have a reverse pickup facility, you’ll need to send the products back to us at your own expense. Here’s the return address: Muffet Retail Private Limited, 11 Happy Home Society, Nehru Road, Vile Parle E, Mumbai 400057

When will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive your return, we'll carry out a quality check on the item(s).
  • Once the item passes our quality check, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • There is a restocking fee for each returned item.
    INR 199 per item if Little Muffet picks it up
    INR 99 per item if you send it back yourself
  • If your order is shipped but not accepted, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged
  • Your refund may take up to 7-10 business days to show up in your account.

What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective or have any issues with the product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect/issue in the email.

What if I received a product that does not match my customisation request?

We quality check every product before it is packaged. Customisations are double checked by a dedicated team. In a rare case if you receive a product that does not match the customisation request, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of a tape measure on top of the product.

Good to know:

  • Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable
  • If body measurements are provided for customisation then the outfit can be up to 3 inches more than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches more than body measurements for boys. Also the loosening can vary for each design.

Do you offer exchange of sizes?

The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Pre-Order / Customised products can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order
  • All other products can be cancelled until the order is shipped
  • Please email us at support@littlemuffet.com in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email

Other Policies

  • Balance on gift cards cannot be encashed
  • Once a product is used, we can not ascertain the durability since the usage of the product varies based on the individual
  • Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image
  • In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
